Construction: breaking ground at Olsova St.

Last week we kicked off construction on Olsova St., a multi-family residential project in Prague, Czech Republic. The project is on a plot that was previously occupied by a single-family home. Alepreda architecture worked on a zoning permit first, to obtain an increase of the buildable area and subsequently on a construction permit for this 4-apartment complex.

A retaining wall is being built prior to excavating the basement level, which houses parking and ancillary programs. Due to the complexity of the permitting process, this project has been a long time in the making. We are so excited to see it take shape.
